We're proud to offer the widest variety of storage unit options in Northern Colorado. Renting from 16 square feet to over 300 square feet. Whether you're looking for climate-controlled, drive-up access, or efficiency storage our facility is sure to have the right unit for the right price. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SECURITY FEATURES?
While we know that convenience and affordability are two of the most important factors to consider as you search for a storage facility, we also know that these factors are irrelevant if the properties aren't secure. We've implemented many useful security features, including perimeter fencing, HD surveillance cameras, unique ID keypad entry on gates and doors, and individually secured units. 

WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT?
We know how important it is to be able to access your belongings, which is why we offer convenient gate access that is sure to work with your lifestyle. We can work with you to accommodate after-hours availability when needed. All-access hours are 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 
  • Exterior Units: 6 am to 10:00 pm
  • Interior Units: 6 am to 9:30 pm
  • Lockers: 9:30 am to 6 pm

WHY DO I NEED A DISK LOCK?
Disk locks are the most secure commercial locks on the market because of their size and shape. Almost impossible to cut with bolt cutters and typically have anti-pick pins to prevent lock picking. We ask everyone to use a keyed disk lock because of their durability and security - they help keep your items safe and help improve the facilities' overall security. We sell disk locks in our office at very reasonable prices. 

HOW EASY IS IT TO MOVE IN?
It's incredibly easy! You can move-in completely online or reserve a unit online and have staff help with the move-in process. In order to move-in you will need; a valid Government ID, payment (check, debit/credit card, cash), and sign the rental agreement, then you are on your way to moving. We also offer free use of handcards and dollies onsite and have moving supplies for sale in our office. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO STORE AN RV IN STORAGE? 

  • Exterior Parking Spot (9' x 18'): $59.00 per month
  • Covered Parking (9' x 18'): $70.00 per month

Additional Details:

  • Size Limitation: The listed parking spots are 9 feet by 18 feet. This size is suitable for smaller RVs, trailers, or camper vans, but may not accommodate larger Class A or Class C motorhomes.
  • Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for active Military, Veterans, and Seniors. We also have a "First Month Free" special on select units.

IS VEHICLE STORAGE WORTH IT?

For a daily driver you just need to park? Usually no. For a second car, classic vehicle, or long-term travel? Almost always yes.

The "Hidden Cost" of NOT storing: 

If you leave a car sitting outside or on the street for 3+ months, you aren't just "saving" the storage fee; you are gambling against these repair bills:

  • Rodent Damage: Rats and squirrels love nesting in warm, stationary engine bays. They chew soy-based wiring harnesses.
     Repair Bill: $1,500 – $8,000+ (This is a very common total-loss scenario for stored cars).

  • Flat-Spotted Tires: Tires left in one spot for months can develop permanent flat spots.
           Repair Bill: $600 – $1,200 for a new set.

  • Sun & Paint Damage: Clear coat peeling and dashboard cracking destroy resale value.
           Repair Bill: $2,500+ for a quality respray.
